Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month do not carry over. We recommend choosing the plan that matches your typical monthly volume.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Plan changes take effect immediately. When you upgrade, your credits are topped up to the new plan's allocation. Cancellations stop future billing but you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
No. LexUnits plans are per-account, not per-user. A small firm can share one account across multiple fee earners. Credits are pooled across the account.
