Does LexUnits work with my practice management system?
LexUnits integrates directly with Clio via API — one-click push of billing entries. For Actionstep, LEAP, and Smokeball, LexUnits generates platform-specific XLSX export files formatted to each PMS's import template. A direct Actionstep API integration is in development.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. Uploaded files are processed and automatically deleted within minutes — LexUnits never stores your client data permanently. Files are never used to train AI models. All transmissions use TLS encryption. The platform is built with ASCR confidentiality obligations in mind.
How is this different from using ChatGPT or a generic transcription tool?
